Yeah, the moment has arrived! Our cd-release concert of the wonderful new album “FLOW”
This album introduces liquid jazz, a style that arose from melting the music of great trumpeters such as Roy Hargrove, Till Bronner, Eric Vloeimans and Woody Shaw with the music of Herbie Hancock and Pat Metheny. This musical fluid was moulded into new, challenging compositions which balance on the flow-motion between comfort zone and the unknown.
On the album, you will hear an unique combination of musical characters with Teus Nobel (trumpet/flugelhorn), Jerome Hol (guitar), Daan Herweg (keys), Hugo den Oudsten (bass) and Salle de Jonge (drums). Additional features can be heared of Ben van Gelder (alto), Tom Beek (tenor) and Qeaux Qeaux Joans (vocal).
